LESSON THREE (15 JUNE 2020) ALGEBRA
GOOD MORNING GRADE 8'S
Today we will work on pages 107 - 108 of your textbook.
When working with roots, please be aware of the following:
If there is a + or - sign under the root, you must solve first, then find the root.
If there is multiplication under the root, you may separate the factors, with their roots and then find the roots and solve.
If there is division under the root, cancel as much as possible, then find the root. There are six examples on page 107, please go through all of them and make sure you understand before completing the exercise.

DUE: REMEMBER ANSWERS DONE IN YOUR EXERCISE BOOKS MUST BE SENT TO YOUR TEACHERS, FROM THERE WE WILL SEND YOU THE MEMO. LESSON THREE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 17 JUNE 2020 @ 15:00. WHATSAPP MESSAGES ARE TO BE SENT ONLY BETWEEN 08:00 AND 15:00 FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY PLEASE.
Once the activity is completed, a picture of it can be sent through to your maths teacher on WhatsApp or you can email the work to us. When sending through pictures, please include in the message
Your Name and Surname Class and admin number
