Dear Grade 10s

Welcome to Grade 10! I trust that you are all well and ready for a new, productive year.

As you are all aware, online classes begin. Please make sure you read the instructions very carefully. It is important that you complete all the work which will be uploaded for you.

You will find attached language file 1 and 2 that you will need to complete in your English notebooks. This must include the date and heading of the section which you have completed on that day.

Please complete the following questions on the relevant days:

1. Activity 4 pages 9-10 and 22.  Revise punctuation rules and complete the sentences on page 22. Copy the #jog your memory tables in your notebooks. (8/2/21)

2. Read the short story 'The Man by the Window' on pages 28-31.  (9/2/21)

3. Skim through the short story you read previously and complete the questions on page 32. (10/2/21)

4. Read the text on page 46 'Go after your dreams' and complete questions on page 47. (11/2/21)

5. Continue with the questions on page 48 and copy the #JYM table in your notebooks. (12/2/21)
